<p style="text-align: left;">Classes are taught in the Viniyoga style ~  Viniyoga is the most highly customizable  form of yoga with a strong focus on linking breath and movement making it a very meditative, soothing and healing practice.   The Viniyoga methodology  utilizes all the tools of yoga and applies and combines them in a specific way, adapting and customizing them to meet the needs of each individual making it accessible to people of all levels and abilities.</p>
